IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

25% Booking Deposit with Booking Form
Deposits are payable in either £ sterling to our UK Bank A/C or Euros (€) to our French A/C.

75% Balance is payable 8 weeks in advance of the start of your holiday only in Euros (€) to our French A/C

Security Deposits £600 / €700
Payable in advance to our UK Bank A/C, or if you are from the euro-zone in Euros (€) to our French A/C

Please note:
Security deposits will be held for a maximum of 7 days following departure.  Refunds are payable by transfer in Euros (€) or £ sterling.

House Cleaning  must be booked in advance and is €15 per hour, deductible from security deposits.

However, houses must be left in a reasonable and ordered state. A surcharge will be levied for houses left in a state of disorder, where no attempt has been made to maintain the cleanliness or order of the property during the stay.


Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival not before 4.30 PM. Departure no later than 10 AM

Prices include bed linen, bath and hand towels. Swimming towels are not provided.


Out of Season rentals / Long stays -Please contact us, as prices are by negotiation depending on length of stay.

Heating/ fans are always charged as extra
